This is a great video, for those of you who are interested in the Burn The Fat, Feed the Muscle program.
Tom himself explains a little bit about it, like who it’s for- and this is important. When I first heard about this program I wasn’t too keen because the whole bodybuilding thing just wasn’t my scene, however as you’ll learn from Tom in this interview, it’s for anyone who has fat to lose.
It’s that simple. The bodybuilding thing comes in because they are the world’s best at reducing body fat percentages and so it makes sense to use their techniques to reduce your own body fat.
