I like to try before I buy so taking a look at some of the nifty moves by celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson seemed like a great idea.
He works with with Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani and Sylvester Stallone.
I checked out the following YouTube videos. In this first one he gives some great advice on how to progress even just with a basic exercise and to make it more challenging as your strength increases.
I like the first half of this next video- it gives some no-nonsense tips on motivation:
The thing I love most about the YouTube way of getting these tips (apart from the zero cost, naturally!) is that they’re likely to be a whole lot more up to date that the DVDs you can go out and buy.
Although these videos don’t give you a full workout, I think they serve as great motivational tools and if you like what you see, then you can go out and buy the full workout, or even just use the tips that he has to inject a little more into your current workout.
